LPPA ALE Board Passers
LPPA, a company that inspires and molds young aspiring architects to become the architects of tomorrow has once again led a group of apprentices into taking the Architecture Licensure Examination held last June 23 and 25, 2017. The result came out on June 28, 3 days after the last day of examination. 10 out of 13 interns passed the examination garnering a passing rate of 76.92% with a national passing rate of 55.62%.
100% Passing Rate
LPPA has produced a growing list of annual board passers for Architecture Licensure Examinations. This year it showcased 100% passing rate of LPPA Senior Designers; Khimberly Anne Geriane, Kristin Abigail See and Rose Anne Paala. Through hardwork, diversified experience and learnings they acquired, all the preparations were all worth it.
These ladies were an inspiration to the young employees we have in the company. The love for the craft and a good training ground were another factor in passing this tough and challenging examination. Thus, these three new architects embody determination, commitment and passion for this chosen field. And yes, dreams really do come true.
Once again, CONGRATULATIONS ARCHITECT KHIMBERLY ANNE GERIANE, ARCHITECT KRISTIN ABIGAIL SEE and ARCHITECT ROSE ANNE PAALA!!!

May 29 was not just the last Sunday of May 2016, it was also the day the LPPA had a team building event at Lola Corazon Leisure Farm Resort in Pampanga.
There were lots of activities that fostered camaraderie amongst all of us. Before going to the team building proper we sat down to identifying the objectives of the activity and our expectations from it. After that - a whole lot of fun and bonding games! For the group formation and team effort module we had the Freedom Wall and Hoops Relay games. Next was the Collective Effort module where we had the Tail Gate Toss, Speed Stacks and Balsa Ride. For One Team One Goal there was the Tower Bricks stacking. We also had the Self-Confidence activities – Zipline, Rappelling and lastly, the Wall Climbing!
