Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022

The International Property Awards (IPA), a world-renowned premiere mark of excellence, honors the greatest accomplishments of companies in the real estate and property industry all over the globe. Sponsored by LIXIL Asia, the Asia Pacific Property Awards is the largest division of the IPA and is recognized as one of the biggest Awards in the industry.

Judged by highly distinguished professionals of the trade basing their decision on the quality of design and presentation of innovative concepts and design solutions, LPPA Design Group is pleased to announce that the firm is one of the five designers and developers that was given the Five Star Award, for the project: Mandtra Residences & Mixed-Use Development for the Residential High Rise Architecture category. This award has earned LPPA Design Group a nomination to enter the IPA regional level and represent the Philippines to determine Asia’s Best.
