The project emphasizes functionality, accessibility, and adaptability to support various technical-vocational programs. The structure features a contemporary layout with clearly defined spaces for classrooms, workshops, administrative offices, and support facilities. The building form promotes natural ventilation and lighting, aligning with sustainable and efficient building practices. Emphasis was placed on circulation flow and spatial flexibility to accommodate evolving training requirements while maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.
