Job Captain

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and production of residential, office, hospitality, healthcare and commercial/retail drawings from Design Development to Construction Documentation;
  • Responsible for the Quality Control of drawings in accordance with the established CAD standards of workmanship and sensitive to drawing details;
  • Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants;
  • Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;
  • Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards;
  • Provides direction to production team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced;
  • Provides administrative and technical support to design and production team;
  • Proficient in Autocadd drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;
  • Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;
  • Experience in high rise residential and office buildings, retail, healthcare buildings, hospitality and mixed- use developments.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture;
  • Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;
  • Revit and BIM Standards experience is an advantage;
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Architecture Firms;
  • Required skill(s): Autocadd and MS Office Applications;
